ANCIENT APPLES - WILD YEAST - MODERN CIDER

Will and Joe hand-craft their award-winning premium ciders in small batches on the Iford Estate, just 5 miles South-East of Bath.

Fresh juice from local apples is fermented long through the cold British winter, using wild yeasts found naturally on the apple skins.  The cider is then skilfully blended by Joe himself to craft the specific flavour profile which makes Iford Cider so popular.

Our mantra "Never from Concentrate" is at the heart of what we do.  We never use pre-fermented concentrates or any mass-processed generic rubbish.  We keep things as natural as possible with no artificial sweeteners, aromas or flavourings - a true taste of nature.

The Iford Valley has been both a hive of industry and a celebrated beauty spot for centuries.  This genuine heritage is key to what Iford Cider is: just as heritage must adapt to remain relevant, so traditional ciders must keep in step with modern tastes.  That's why our innovative ciders challenge convention, fight mass production and prevent the destruction of a drink that we love.
